Moving Buildings & a Manhattan “estate”
On June 7 they will be moving Alexander Hamiliton’s “country home” a couple of blocks up near 141st street. The best part of this article is the description of Hamiliton’s 32 acre northern Manhattan estate. 32 acres!?! Too bad he got shot in Weekhawken only a couple of years after it was built.

I’ve always wanted to see a building moved. My mom’s house in Little Ferry was moved when she was young.
