Century 21 how do I love thee?
I went to Century 21 in Morristown yesterday after work in search of a bridal shower gift for saturday. I wanted to buy my friend a pretty chemise but was either finding crappy ones for $50 or beautiful ones that cost $200 more than I intended to spend. Goal accomplished. I found a very pretty dark blue chemise with lace from Elle MacPherson intimates for a great price. I also saw some pretty silk vera wang chemises for $80 but they were more my style than the brides. My big problem is that I’m not sure what size she is, since she’s very thin but not tiny framed. I ended up buying a small and a medium and I’ll return which ever one doesn’t fit.
Anyway back to C21. I adore the Morristown store – it’s neat and uncrowded. I love the random stuff you can get. I ended up with a pair of nike “perfect fit” pants for $25 (50% off), a Nina Ricci silk scarf for $14 (orig. $150), and black felt hat with pompoms for $30 (orig $90). I love the European Designer section. I saw an amazing coat from Paul & Joe that was $200 down from $800 but it wasn’t my size. They had full racks from John galliano, Paul & Joe, Ben Sherman, and many racks of Versace, Valentino, and Marc Jacobs.
Morristown store does lacks mayhem riddled shopping experience of the downtown store, so while you can’t exactly say you fought for your deals you still get them. And you didn’t even break a nail!
