This fall Skinny jeans will be hitting the mainstream. Last fall you saw the more trendsetting ladies wearing their skinny jeans with boots, and the wannabes trying to tuck their bootcuts in their boots. Now they are here for the masses.

This could be the worst thing to happen to our eyes since super-ultra-mega low rise.

The budget fashionista has written up a great guide on how to wear skinny jeans. The most important thing to note is that “skinny jeans are for skinny people“. I will not be wearing skinny jeans, but I think the more slim cut straight legs might be interesting.

On another note, the hot nail trend for fall is short, slightly rounded nails in dark colors. I went on the hunt for nail polish after work and after hitting CVS and Walgreens all I turned up were a couple of dark metallic shades and I wanted matte. So I went to Makeovers and got some Essie. Apparently I’m not the only one on this as the two colors I was considering only had 1 bottle left of each. And the rest of the rack was full.
